Policy

All member churches must be Christian churches/Church of Christ or sponsored by a Christian church. In order to ensure that donations are used appropriately and maintain its integrity , we restrict this website membership to Christian churches or churches approved or sponsored by a Christian church.

All donations should be used for the purpose they were received. All monies not used for the specific disaster should be returned to the donor.

Requests for services and goods should be specific. i.e. we need 500 cases of bottled water, 300 cases of diapers, 5,000 toothbrushes and 3,000 tubes of paste. You may need volunteers to assist in cleanup. Indicate how many you can accommodate and coordinate their services. Other member churches may view the list and provide according to their ability. Do not request more than you can handle. If you are not prepared to receive, store and distribute goods, they will go to waste.

Donated services and goods provided by this website will not be sold, but freely distributed to all regardless of race, color, sex or religion. Member churches may give first preference to its members, however these donations should not stop with the members only.

This website will not be used for any other purpose than to provide assistance during disasters. Solicitations for other worthy projects are not permitted. This is not a fund raising website.
