Form a Church Disaster Relief Committee overseen by a director.

1. Contact your local EOC with your plan of action and for communications for responders from networked churches and create a database of contacts.
2. Coordinate with other local non-profit organizations (Red Cross, etc.)
3. Prepare your church with the facilities and equipment necessary.
4. Examine/investigate the many needed talents/gifts of your fellow servants and assign the volunteers according to their gifted areas.
5. Obtain materials and supplies for a crisis.
6. Prepare to witness/minister during recovery process.
7. Notify your local EOC and local organizations of status after disaster evaluation.
